Indecent?!?!?
Oct. 21st, 2009 06:02 pmSo here's the deal. This guy gets up at 5:30 in the morning and goes to fix himself a cup of coffee. Naked. While he is standing there, enjoying the nectar of the Gods, a woman and her 7yr old son walk through his front yard and spot him through a window.
The cops are called. The man is arrested. He faces a year in jail and a $2,000 fine.

I'm sorry, but I am slightly amazed at this story. First of all, it was 5:30 in the freakin morning. The guy was in his house.
Secondly, the lady and her kid were TRESPASSING as I read it. They walked through this man's yard.
And then he's actually arrested! Charges are being filed! If he wanted to be seen naked, I would think there would be better ways of gaining said exposure. The cops couldn't have knocked on his door and mentioned the sighting to him, advising him to buy new curtains or keep Mr. Winky covered next time. No, they actually arrested the guy.
I'd hate to imagine the number of times we could have been busted for indecent exposure around here. At all hours.
