Dec. 4th, 2008 10:23 pmToday was pretty much a wasted day. I ended up sleeping until 1PM. I suppose I was a little tired after this week of work. When I did get up I had to rush through a shower and take TMF to work.
BTW, the shower? Totally fixed. Apparently F-i-L showed up this morning. Between he and TMF they determined that the drain trap would hold a small amount of water at all times, and that this was not indicative of it still being clogged. After some searching they ran water and the tub drained like it was new. We figure that snaking the hair and the dead mouse fixed the block the first time.
After taking TMF to work I stopped at Hobby Lobby and picked up some supplies for the Xmas earrings and pins I had planned on making. After spending too long there I went to Virgina's house and hung out with her for a while. She went and got a haircut today and I have to say, and I did to her, that her hair looks a million times better than it did long. She got a swing bob style and it really suits her well.
I spent several hours hanging out with her before I made it home finally. I sat down and made several pairs of earrings and some pins, I've got plans to make a few more for M-i-L and such.
Hopefully tomorrow will be warmer. It's fucking freezing out there and my internal heater just isn't keeping up.
