I don't have any exes that I can even recall loving. I didn't have many, and what I can remember was never *love*.
But Wesley has been my constant since 1994. He is my rock when I need strength. He's been my partner in crime, he's been my sounding board, he's been my "NO!" when I needed some common sense.
I love him for all of those things.
But I fell in love with him because of his heart. For any faults he might have, his ability to love and give that love wholeheartedly is the reason why I am in love with him.
