sorchawench1. What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
I took up loom knitting. Started several projects, finished few. Yet another burst of creativity that went nowhere.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions?
I'm gonna have to say no. Cause if I did, I've forgotten what they were. If I made any to begin with...
3. What will your new years' resolutions be for next year?
I'm going to endeavor to lose some weight. I need some flexibility back in my body.
4. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not terribly close to me, but a couple of friends spawned kids this year.
5. Did anyone close to you die?
We lost Skye, our Border Collie, my cat Shaman, and our cat Mischief.
6. What countries did you visit?
None. I've been stuck in Texas.
7. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
Willpower.
8. What date from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I'm horrible with dates, but I won't likely forget the day I confessed to TMF about my issues with our mortgage.
9. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting the mortgage caught up and back in good standing.
10. What was your biggest failure?
I don't know that I've had anything that dramatic happen.
11. Did you suffer illness or injury?
The usual Fibro related bouts of illness and not feeling well.
12. What was the best thing you bought?
My Kindle, my new phone; an HTC Sensation, a pair of Ren-Faire boots for TMF.
13. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I think mine did. I've been working hard in therapy dealing with my money issues.
14. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Other than my own? My job. It's a continuing saga of WTF with them.
15. Where did most of your money go?
Bills and junk. I've been working on that junk spending though.
16. What events did you get really, really, really excited about?
Samhain, definitely, our annual camping trip in the SCA. We renewed our vows this year.
17. What song will always remind you of 2011?
Ummm....I got nothing. Although this might be remembered as the year I went crazy listening to Katy Perry earworms running rampant through my head.

Poorer cash wise, richer with friends.

More SCA eventing. More budgeting. More schooling.

This would have to be Virginia. She's the only person who calls me, besides bill collectors. Everyone else texts me.

Yes

Nope

I wanted to get good with my mortgage company. And got it. I wanted to get help from TMF with the bills, and I'm getting it.

I wanted a pair of Ren-faire boots that fit my damned calves.

I can only recall seeing one movie in theaters this year, Breaking Dawn. I'm an unashamed Twilight fan. I admit it. And I hate the fact that they sparkle.

I worked, 37.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If I'd been able to manage my money better.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2011?
How does naked work for ya? Seriously? I'm a jeans and t-shirt kinda gal.

My therapist Cheryl. My dog Loki.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you like the most/least? Least?
Most of them. I'm not a celeb watcher.
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Occupy Wall Street
37. Whom did you miss?
I miss my adopted sisters, Chrissy and Joye. I miss my youth.

Probably Paul
