Garb rant....feel free to pass.

If you've ever done SCA/Faires/Historical Re-enactment then you'll know where this is coming from.

I really need to go through my crap garb. I had nice garb, but it's years old, and missing pieces. My only bodice workable shirt got pink transfer stains from a velvet bodice and so I dyed it red. Only it didn't really come out red. More of a weird faded red/pink. Which wouldn't be bad....if I had a bodice/skirt set that worked with red. I don't.

If I went through my stuff, I could take apart the nicer stuff and use it as patterns for new nicer stuff. I seriously don't even have a decent T-tunic. That's how bad my garb has gotten.

I have rolls of awesome trim. And nothing I'd feel good about putting it on.

I miss my blue outfit. I had hand stitched knotwork on the bodice. Only now the skirt has holes in it, loose seams. Fixable, yes....but my shirt is RED.

I may do it anyway. Because I can. And frankly, it wouldn't really surprise anyone. I'm known for doing odd things. Like the mouse in the cleavage.

What size are you? I've a bunch that I'm going to go through and move out. I can't guarantee it would pass the garb gestapo, but.
