Mischief update

sorchawenchHouston, we have a cat.
Mischief came back around tonight, teased me several times. I scooted out onto the porch with the laser mouse and lured him in closer. When he got close enough, I grabbed him. Couldn't get a great grip though and so I tossed him into the house. TMF grabbed at him, lost his grip and Mischief ran for the open door. The next few seconds were a blur of scared angry cat, desperate cat parents, and a lot of fur and blood.
Mischief is fine. TMF and I? Not so much.
We've both been bitten. He nailed TMF on the finger halfway to the bone. I've been scratched from arm to foot. Most of the blood is mine. I look like I got into a fight with barbed wire.
Mischief is currently residing under Demon's bed. I doubt we'll see him before tomorrow morning.
I might have made a different decision on how to handle this situation, but I was told that we're expecting storms and I am not terribly positive I would be able to deal with him out there during thunderstorms.
