I feel like the thing rising from the dead this morning. Texas/cat allergies are hitting me hard today, but I've dosed myself and I hope that I'll be able to breathe again soon.

As far as the sunburn goes, I'll be fine as long as I don't lift my arms over my head.

Trying to get the bedroom cleaned right now. It's 90% my mess. As soon as Demon gets out of the shower, I'll start another load of laundry. I really need to go through my clothes and thin things out again.

Many moons ago I'd bought some of those Space bags, figuring I could put bedding we weren't using away, store garb during off season times, winter clothes during summer and so on. They didn't work very well. I don't know if I overstuffed the bags, if they were just crap to start with, or if they were just new and un-improved at the time. I could sure use something along those lines though. We've got a couple of quilts from TMF's Grandmother, the winter bedding, garb and sundry clothing that I'd love to be able to squeeze down to flatness.

And lovely news, the shower drain is clogged. Demon just yelled at us, "Guys, we have a problem!" and we came rushing around the corner to find her standing in the tub, dripping with conditioner, and water bubbling out of the floor drain and seeping across the bathroom floor.

It sounds like it's draining, but slowly. TMF's calling the F-i-L for the snake. BTW, the boating trip was postponed due to F-i-L forgetting he had an appointment today.

We've got to pour concrete for a fence post today, spent the entire day yesterday mowing and doing yard work, so I need to finish my flower planting, gotta finish the bedroom, need to clean the kitchen. Just as soon as I find the energy.

Of course, laundry and dishes will have to wait until the drains are checked......

Grr.

I wonder if you could find a trap for your shower drain that would catch the hair before it got down in there to clog it. I used to have this mesh thing that fit in my bathtub drain.

It's getting it to stay in the drain and not wander that could present a problem.
