sorchawenchI've slowly gotten back into the card making business again. I made 3 of my coworkers Bon Voyage cards for the cruise they got to go on. Made a birthday card for another coworker. And am finishing up a new baby card for a 4th coworker.
Mother's Day is coming up. TMF got his Mother a card while we were at Wal-Mart this afternoon. I looked, but I couldn't find anything for my Mother. See....she has MS and it's affected her eyesight. So I wanted a card with simple bold text, large font, and clean lines or a clean picture. Nothing too busy or *noisy* to make it hard to read, and type that was larger print and easier to read.
I even shopped the LARGE cards that are apparently becoming popular.
But nothing seemed to work.
So. I got to thinking. I think I'm going to try and make a Mother's Day card for my Mom. Then I can control size, font, and pictures.
Now I just gotta figure out what I want to put on it.
