Well, thanks to a suggestion from dyanearden we found the giblet bag.

I personally have never really been involved in the pre-stages of cooking a turkey, and so did not realize that there is in fact, another end that the turkey people can fill.

The giblets have been removed now though. Now I gotta figure out what to do with them.
