Was up at 8AM this morning getting the turkey ready. Apparently, this turkey did not come with giblets. It had a neck, but no innards. Which confused me, so I woke TMF and had him go rooting around in the turkey to see if he could feel any. No innards.

We did our Yule gifting today. I got a moonstone pendant/Goddess figure from Demon, a new frying pan and stock pot from TMF, and a new Charming Tails figure. Afterward I sent TMF after Virginia and Mark so we can get started on the cleaning and ritual prep.

About to get started on the kitchen now. I've got a belly full of queso and chips and no more excuses to put it off.

A giblet-less turkey?

Did you check the cavity on the other end of the turkey? I cooked one yesterday; the neck was the only thing in the large cavity but the giblets were in that itty-bitty space at the other end.
