World of Warcrafting with the spouse = good.
Both, the night before we're supposed to get up early to pack for the event = bad.
Therefore the new rule states that one shall not engage in activities which are likely to meld into weird dreams wherein one's spouse becomes his WoW character for the event and runs around with a giant battle axe looking for magic boots (we were packing boots last night before bed).
It should also be stated that one's subconscious is hereby restrained from also dragging out half true memories of a 22 hour drive to Pennsic on icy roads (Pennsic is in August) and supplementing them over the trip to the current planned event.
Where the part about getting tied to a boat mast came in, I have no clue.

This rule should be considered null and void when one is allowed to sleep in past 9AM or when it does not cause one to wake up at 6:30 in the GODDAMMNED morning the day of an event.
Being that it's now 7AM, and I am up and dressed, I suppose I shall go do the shopping for the trip. Cause I certainly ain't getting back to sleep.
