sorchawenchHello again. It's been like...a week since I updated. Didya miss me?
Been working. Works good. I've asked to be given more training in other areas of the cash department. Want to be trained in some of the jackpot paperwork, maybe spend some time in the poker cage. My boss was receptive to this. And my Leads are encouraging me to ask her to make me a Lead at some point. My argument is that I've only been there 4 months and that would make for some hard feelings amongst my fellow cashiers.

Since I last posted, we had a full moon ritual. It rained. A lot. We went from our normal spot in the backyard to the porch. And from the porch to the living room. Not quite as lovely as doing it out under the light of said full moon would have been, but it was definitely dryer and warmer.

The power cord on my laptop died the other day. I didn't realize that I was running on battery power and the doomlappy decided to die in the middle of an Ogre cave on WoW. TMF had to log in on his computer and pull me back to the nearest town. Went to BestBuy to get a new one. Daaaaaayum they are expensive.

This begins my 5 day stretch of time off. We're headed up to the Quartz Mountains for Samhain tomorrow. Today is going to be filled with shopping for the trip and packing. I've got some sewing to do too. Assuming Shaman will let me. He's been super needy the last couple of days and I can't even breathe without him crawling all over me, begging for attention.
