Casa De Wenchy: Cooking

Pork Loin is on the grill. I seasoned it with cajun seasonings, honey, and orange juice. Set it in a roasting pan to cook, with the juice and honey in the pan. Added an aluminum tent to cover it. Tossed a handful of wet mesquite chips on the coals too.

Demon's cooking oven roasted potatoes with oil, garlic, rosemary, and sea salt.

Dinner is looking very promising.
