Pretty much. They were a little more skittish today, with all the babies. We've hand fed them before though. That single shot of the adult dog, she was maybe a foot or so from me.

Oklahoma maintains the herds on the refuge. There's supposed to be a herd of 140 or so somewhere southeast of us.

Drove. There's no walking path on the road, and there was no way in hell you could get my fat butt up those boulders.

When I was about 14 or so, I climbed up the rocks about halfway. It took like 4 hours, then we walked the rest of the way on the road. I was sore for weeks.

When I was younger, living on an Army base near Barstow, Ca. I used to climb quite a bit. Mt. Scott would have been a good workout.

I have climbed it before But I was MUCH younger and In Waaay better shape than I am now ... Now .. it's driven or nothing LOL
