Cookie Theory....
Jun. 20th, 2009 11:39 amI had 2 peanut butter cookies last night after I got out of the cage. I was unsatisfied. They were dry. Falling apart and at the same time, they were hard and seemed stale.
There is a place and time for hard cookies. But in my opinion, peanut butter cookies should be soft, moist, chewy. They should mix well with a glass of milk, not leave you needing milk to wash the powdered bits from your mouth.
It's my Friday. I have Sunday and Monday off. There may be some baking in my future.
Beyond that, who knows.
