Question.....

Talking to Virginia this morning. She's getting help through the Texas Workforce Commission to find work. They've apparently been discussing work laws and laws in general.

Now, keep in mind, this is what I'm getting, secondhand, from Virginia, who isn't always clear on what she heard or what was said.

But it was brought up that, out of all the states in the Union, Texas is apparently the only one that doesn't have to follow federal mandates.

Someone wanna clarify this for me?
