So cool man. I can't tell you the range of motion just in the sac has improved so much because of my weight loss. Not to mention being able to sit cross legged on the floor without pain, legs falling asleep and just being comfortable.
You can totally do this. My trick is to try not to let more than 3 days happen between a workout. Then the pattern seems to be broken. Unless it is due to a migraine but that means I need to kick my ass that 4th day.
